To support mothers who have had more than one child taken into the care of the local authority, Newport City Council works with partners in the NHS, health sector and the local university to establish Reflect, which gives women access to provisions to meet their needs for positive futures. This includes access to sexual health services. The service has been evaluated and is now being rolled out across Wales.
